Ethyl benzoate CAS.93-89-0 is colorless liquid, similar to the aroma of holly oil and ylang ylang oil. The temperature -34.6^oC, the boiling point of 212 to 213^oC, 94^oC (1.87kPa). Soluble in ethanol, ether, petroleum ether, propylene glycol, mineral oil and most of the non-volatile oil, insoluble in water and glycerol.
